One day, your children will ask you, “Why did you not do more?” Why did you allow this blood to be spilled in the name of economic prosperity and the occupation and colonization of Middle Eastern territories?
How much blood do you wish to have on your hands until you choose the side of the people? How much blood must be spilled until you listen to the demands of your constituents or the requests of the very people to whom you have allowed these atrocities to occur? Must you require these people, on the brink of death, living in flooded tents under a sky of never-ending bombs, to grovel for help that will never come?
In the name of peace, you have allowed a felon, who has ruled his own country as a tyrant, to occupy a territory on the other side of the planet.
You have enabled a power grab so obviously intended to destroy a nation, one that aims to form a Zionist ethno-state on the very bones of the native people, repeating the very colonial horrors perpetrated years ago across Western states such as Canada, the “United” States, and Australia.
The facts of this matter cannot be ignored. Every United Nations member state is complicit in the continued genocide of the Palestinian people.
Make no mistake. The United Nations as an organization has managed to further ridicule themselves and establish themselves as a circus and a madhouse, run by clowns who claim to represent their people but are unable to fully grasp things that could be understood by a toddler.
The United Nations failed Yugoslavia in 1999, Afghanistan in 2001, Libya in 2011, and now Palestine in 2025. Faced with a victim-centered approach spearheaded by Russia, the West has instead—yet, once again—decided to give power to “Israeli” and American oppressors.
Despite empty calls for mass atrocities to “never again” occur, the so-called “collective West” has made a fool of itself, systemically ignoring a genocide that has been and continues to be ongoing, despite being streamed online for over two years. October 7th marked the normalization of this violence against Palestinians, violence that has been occurring ever since Jewish settlers were permitted by the British in 1948 to violently occupy land that was never rightfully theirs.
Powerful actors continue to privilege strategic interests over the lives of civilians, and the so-called global guardians of “peace” continue to prove they lack a backbone.
I reaffirm my beliefs in Palestinian sovereignty, statehood, and self-governance, as well as their right to historic Palestinian land. I am calling for the state and the people to take true, tangible action against genocide and the American plan to occupy the territory.
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free. 🇵🇸🍉
