Voice of the Proletariat has curated a new collection detailing Cuba’s good relations with China, Russia, and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
This is Voice of the Proletariat’s second collection on Unlearning Capitalism following a collection on Japan’s history and legacy titled “Imperial Japan: Then and Now,” which was announced on July 24.
The collection “Cuba’s Relations with China, Russia, DPRK” compiles sources from all around the world, with a focus on sources based in the relevant states.
Articles cover diplomatic statements from China’s President Xi Jinping and MFA spokespersons to Russia’s Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
Also included are reports noting the positive results of material actions, such as China’s rice and solar panel shipments.

Since the “Cuban Missile Crisis” of 1962, the American imperialists have applied barbaric and illegal unilateral sanctions against Cuba’s population—alongside anyone who dares to help them. In 2026, US President Donald Trump declared a so-called “national emergency” in Cuba and introduced a new framework for designations for those he claims are responsible for “repression” in Cuba. Defying these threats, China, Russia, and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) have stood at Cuba’s side, helping Cuba resist the US empire’s bloodstained fist.
This collection provides an easily accessible list of news articles, analyses, official statements, and other media to better understand the three states’ wholehearted support for the Cuban people. The collection is loosely sorted by the relevant content’s published dates and includes sources from Cuba, China, Russia, and around the world.
